Delivery within Australia
We send all Australian orders with Australia Post E-Parcel Express. You can track your order from dispatch to delivery via Australia Post Tracking Service.
We provide FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on Australian orders. International buyers will be charged as per the International Shipping section below.
Orders received before 5pm Monday-Friday, in most cases can be posted the following business day, for orders placed after 5pm or on weekends please allow an extra day (payment for all orders must be received prior to shipping).
Orders placed through jrsunglasses.com.au can expect to be received within 1-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. For more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.auspost.com.au
International Delivery outside of Australia
We use Australia Post for all international deliveries. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. For more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.auspost.com.au. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply.
International Express Post is the most reliable service and comes with full customer tracking. Registered international shipping alternatives are available but the parcel times can vary, this option does not come with customer tracking. Should you choose international registered post, JR Sunglasses will not be held responsible for missing parcels.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, for international customers Pay Pal will calculate the exchange automatically.
If you live in a remote destination, please contact email@example.com to confirm if international shipping is available to your destination.
Custom’s or import duty fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
These charges will vary from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size.
To avoid any surprise additional fees, please contact your local customs office for more information.
When to expect your order
We offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY for all Australian orders from dispatch to metro areas.
Please note: Rural areas could take 2-5 days.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, but please allow 3-5 business days for order processing in the case of stock needing to be ordered from our suppliers.
You will be contacted via email if there is going to be a longer delay than above.
Signing for your order
A signature is required for all orders. We suggest a delivery address that the parcel can be accepted upon arrival.
If the parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which gives you details on how and where the parcel can be collected from at your nearest Australia Post Office.
Tracking your order once shipped
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both JR Sunglasses and Australia Post containing a link to track your order on the Australia Post website, so you can track your orders progress.
We are always here to help, but if you have trouble tracking your order, or have a delivery issue it’s often easier and more convenient for you to deal directly with Australia Post and quote your tracking number.

Change of delivery address after order is completed
If you order has not been dispatched and left the warehouse, we can most certainly change your delivery address.

Damaged or defective goods
If you receive your order and it is damaged or the goods are defective, please let us know asap and we will replace it or refund you as soon as we receive it back and verify from our end that it is damaged or defective. You will need to return it to us within 7 days.
