Repairs and Warranty
All purchases come with a manufacturer warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty period is detailed on the swing tag or warranty booklet included with your purchase.
Most of our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for up to12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, defect or damage caused by the improper or unreasonable use of the product. Scratched and broken lenses are not covered under warranty. Any attempt to fix the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
Discontinued styles are eligible for repair subject to the age of the sunglasses and availability.
Making a warranty or repair claim:
1. Return to your nearest stockist and they will assist you in sending them back to the manufacturer.
2. Return the item to the manufacturer directly.
3. Return to us with our Repair and Warranty Claim Form. They will then be forwarded to the manufacturer on your behalf (postage charges apply). Complete the form and enclose with your proof of purchase with your return. When forwarding back to us, ensure the sunglass is packed securely to avoid any damage.
Please note, if the repair is missing a screw, we suggest going to an optometrist or your local stockist. This will avoid postage costs as well as being without your sunglass for a period of time unnecessarily.
If you require any assistance before returning your sunglasses, please contact us via email at email@example.com or phone us on (07)5578 5222.
All warranties and repairs must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
