Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is number one priority at JR Sunglasses. If you are not happy, or the product was not what you expected we will be more than happy to either exchange or refund you your money. A $15 processing fee and our postage costs does apply to all refunds.

*Refunds not applicable to sale/promotional items.

All Australian orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 30 days from arrival date). For International orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days from arrival). The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns. If you require an exchange, we post your exchanged order back to you free of charge.

Returns Process

If you need to return your product back to us for any reason the following steps need to be followed:

1. Complete the Exchange & Return form and enclose with your sunglasses. To ensure efficient and prompt service, please complete all sections of the form.

2. The sunglasses must be returned unworn, with all tags and labels attached and original sunglass packaging enclosed.

3. Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and JR Sunglasses address is clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. Damage goods will not be accepted.

4. All parcels should be returned to: JR Sunglasses, PO Box 864, Broadbeach, QLD, 4218.

5. To avoid delivery problems we suggest you return your parcel via registered or express post.

6. Please allow up to 2 business days for your exchange/refund to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email address provided with your original online order number.

7. JR Sunglasses happily will cover the postage on the exchange item for all Australian customers. All international shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Refunds/Exchanges

Customers are welcome to return/exchange their order within 30 days from purchase. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by our Exchange & Return form.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or an incorrectly described item, JR Sunglasses will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.

Please note all refunds incur a $15 processing fee and the original postage cost will be deducted.Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return. All refunds are processed via your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

If you need an exchange your shipping cost will be covered by JR Sunglasses. All international customers are responsible for their shipping costs both to and from JR Sunglasses. Multiple exchanges postage fees will apply. Your exchange will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your exchange unless the stock is unavailable and needs to be ordered from our supplier. You will be notified by return email. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email advising your exchange has been dispatched to Australia Post and your tracking number.
